Let's go fly a kite!

Join us for a free screening of one of Walt Disney's greatest achievements. Julie Andrews – in her film debut – is a magical nanny who descends from the sky and turns a rigid English household upside down. With Dick Van Dyke alongside her as the lovable chimney sweep Bert, the two whisk the children on an imaginative adventure and show their buttoned-up banker father that sometimes the best thing to do is go fly a kite. A dazzling blend of live-action and animation, the film earned 13 Academy Award nominations and remains a beloved classic.

This screening will take place at the Rockaway Beach Amphitheater by the boardwalk. Bring your own chair and come early for a free kite-making workshop at 4pm and live music by Tini Vessel at 7pm.
